I can't recommend Herman's Simply Clean enough. K.W. Lancaster, collector • I have been polishing silver for about 50 years and have used every silver polish on the market. I have never been truly happy with the results; sort of a white "tin like" finish I recently bought some Herman Silver Polish and decided to do a side by side comparison with two national brands. The results were surprising. The Herman's finish was very clean and revealed a lustrous, deep and slightly bluish tint which is what polished sterling should look like.  I showed the two comparison pieces to my wife (who leaves the polishing up to me because I enjoy it), even she said "Wow, what a difference!" Herman's even removes tarnish marks that other polishes couldn't. I couldn't recommend Herman's Silver Polish more highly! All along I thought I was doing the right thing by using a silver foam made by other companies but which was not all that gentle after all.
